If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy or are overwhelmed with the task of parenting your young child(ren) and are considering placing them for adoption, we are here to help!
We at Addy’s Hope would love to walk with you through this time. We can explain the different life-giving options available to you and your child.
We believe you should be in control of the decisions that affect you, your child, and any children you are already parenting.
Our staff would love to explain the adoption process to you and talk through the different options to see if adoption is right for you!

Our Beauty From Ashes program offers birth families personal services that will provide support through the pregnancy and beyond.
We are committed to walking with you as long as you need the emotional support. We understand that adoption does not end for you at placement.
We want to be there to help for as long as you need us!
If you are pregnant, we can provide some financial assistance for up to 6 weeks after the birth. Financial assistance is determined on a case by case basis but can include:
Rent and Utilities
Food
Maternity clothing
Transportation
Medical
Professional Counseling Services

It is our desire at Addy’s Hope to educate women on their ability to stay in control of their child’s future! If you are pregnant and believe there are circumstances that will bring Child Protective Services into your life at the birth of your child, we would love to visit with you about options that would allow you to remain in control of your child’s future instead of the state of Texas.
You have the ability to choose an adoptive family, maintain a semi-open or open adoption which would allow you to receive information about your child or even have contact! We all know the state does not make a good parent, and we want women to know they have options if they will utilize them before CPS takes custody in the case!
Please call us and visit with us if you feel there are circumstances that would leave you with no control over your child’s future! We want you to have the ability to control yours and your child's future as much as possible!
For Families Wanting to Adopt an Infant or Younger Child
Addy's Hope does not actively recruit birth families. We are dedicated to serving the birth families who reach out to us and desire to make an adoption plan for their child. Therefore, we keep a list of families who have completed our application process and have an active home study on file for when we have a birth mother to match in our Beauty From Ashes Program.

Program Fees & Transparency
At Addy’s Hope, we strive to keep adoption accessible. You will notice our fees are significantly lower than the national average. This is intentional: we do not spend funds on advertising to find birth mothers. Instead, we are blessed to serve the expectant mothers who come to us directly, trusting that the right connections are made providentially.
In compliance with Texas law and our commitment to integrity, we provide a full, itemized breakdown of our fees below.
Fee Schedule:
Application Fee
Fee: $250
Due: With Application
Description: Non-refundable processing of application and reference checks.
Home Study Report
Fee: $1,250
Due: Split payments ($600 at request, $600 at first visit/interview, $50 upon delivery)
Description: Covers administrative expenses for local families (within 35 miles). Includes interviews, home visits, and the written report. A travel allowance applies to homes further than 35 miles away from Addy's Hope's office.
Adoption Agency Fee
Fee: $24,750
Due: $15,000 when selected by a birth family / $9,750 at placement
Description: Covers administrative costs, legal fees, counseling for birth moms and adoptive families, and allowable birth mother expenses (such as medical bills, rent, and living expenses). This is a per-birth-family fee, not per child.
Sibling Fee
Fee: $1,000 per additional sibling
Due: At Placement
Description: Applies only if adopting siblings. Calculated per additional child to cover legal and administrative costs.
Post Placement Report
Fee: $350
Due: At Request
Description: Covers the required post-placement reporting to finalize the adoption.
*Note on Home Studies: Families who already have an approved Home Study with Addy’s Hope may qualify for a reduced Second Home Study Fee of $800 or a Home Study Update Fee of $600 depending on the timing and circumstances.
**Note on Travel Fees: Families who live more than 35 miles from the office will be responsible for mileage for all home visits during the adoption process. The state rate for mileage will be charged. Home visits occur during the home study process as well as during post placement.
